Our official start date is Thursday, September 3. 

At our last general meeting in June, the membership voted to increase the dues to $45. This is only a $5 increase from the pre-COVID membership amount. If your information has not changed, just write your name on the application and ‘NO CHANGES.’ 

IF YOU HAVE DECIDED TO CHANGE YOUR TEE CHOICE, PLEASE INDICATE THAT ON THE FORM. You may either drop off your application and check made payable to “LASJGC” in our league envelope at the pro shop or mail them no later than August 15.

• If you have not already done so, please include an emergency contact name and phone number. Many have not done so, yet.
• Membership dues not paid by December 1 will be deleted from the GHIN system.
